Took out the charger of new sealed box, plugged it in and noticed no light, and then tried it on several Qi phones. Did not work at all. Tried with cases off, and new usb cable - still nothing. Called cust. service line during open hours a few times but no answer - did leave message and no response thus far. Oh well, would like it to work but one star since doesn't.

Initially it worked great but over time it started to not charge my Samsung S21 or S21 Ultra. No matter how we positioned the phones. We haven't changed cases since we first bought the phones. The other wireless charger we have works great on both phones, in their cases.

Good product, does what it’s supposed to do. If you are looking for fast charging I would this does the job. So far no problems, hopefully they last a long time.

Customer service reached out within 24hrs of my review and offered assistance. They are very good at making it right and would purchase from them again because they are standing behind their product.
