Sound is clean. The highest volume should be higher. The biggest problem is ( I can tell I'm not the only one...) that battery in the left bud dies MUCH more quicker than the right one....I guess they don't charge equally. Also, they don't fit "perfectly" in ear... I feel movement and changing in volume while running, but I guess that depends on shape of the ear.

Worst product.

I bought these from Winners a few days ago for work and my first time charging them, the right earbud hasn't charged at all. Won't even turn on. Big waste of money, noise from the left ear bud comes out scratchy even. I was really excited to try them out and I'm just very disappointed. In my opinion this is one of the worst brands I've ever bought from.

This is just a Chinese plastic gadget, that it will last you 2months (If you are lucky). there is no fixing or service provided, your warranty has just expired. Upssss! ...you just lost $40
Well you get what you pay for.
I would not recommend ANY of this company products. You've been warned.

Confusing

After 2 months of using it, the right ear bud is not been charged. After I turn it On, there is a message on my phone the earbud has 10% charge only. The instructions read, put it back in the charging case for 1 1/2 hr. It comes back with the same message.
I don't know if the problem is with the charger, or with the earbud itself. The instructions on the manual that came with it, don't help much.
You can't tell after you push the power button On if the charging case is On or Off. I think they came out to the market too soon.

love how the earbuds operate,but would like some smaller cushions as the smallest onesare too big for my ear canals and they dont want to stay in very well.
