I am updating this review to 5 star most importantly because of HyperGear High Customer Service. Both contacted me and offered their assistance in replacing the defective cable I received earlier. I am more happy with them than I am with the cable now. I will put both of them in my guaranteed future purchase destinations. Overall, what can I say about the cable. Its very good quality and does what its supposed to do, charge my iphone and ipad. Thank you. I recommend this product from this seller.

Bought this cord 3 weeks ago and have been using it religiously and I have zero complaints. Charges quickly and have not had any malfunctions.

I used to work for mobile accessory store and we sold many of these cables, and I saw very few returned. This is a great alternative to the standard Apple Lightning-to-USB cable, which always seem to fall apart or short out. I own this cable and I've had it for over a year and have had no issues with it. I liked it so much that I purchased another one to leave at my workplace.

Purchased this cable to use with my Vority lipstick phone charger - necessary to be short to carry in my purse. Was a bit concerned initially about the adapter fitting into my Lifeproof case (Lifeproof iPhone X), and while it is snug, it fits in fine. A little harder to pull it out, but being careful, I have used it many times wit no breakdown to the cable or damage to the case or phone. I have since purchased a white cable to match my Vority charger, but have not used it yet so will review that one after use and pass this one on to my dad.

Bought two, one worked well with two of our iPhones for a period. After updating both phones, one cable no longer worked but the other did well. Probably a fluke or an error in manufacturing or perhaps the phone itself. Regardless the cables were sturdy and excellent backup to the ones that come with the phones. I got these at such a great deal I wouldn't expect a replacement so I never contacted the seller regarding the issue.
