Adaptive Car Kit™ Charger and Hybrid Cable

Super high quality. I've paid more for chargers like these and they've MELTED AND SMOKED! This one is cheaper than garbage adapter/chargers plus barely even gets warm even while quick charging 2 high powered devices. Last thing I'll mention is this even supports Quick Charge on Galaxy Devices! (Tested on Samsung Galaxy S7).

I have a job that requires me to have a charged phone for all times during working hours, and the app I need to use drains power like a sieve. To combat this, I bought this, which is better than the generic 2A chargers provided by the company. While my phone is not QC3 compatible, it's QC1, and it still charges pretty fast. With a QC2 or QC3 phone, it would charge even faster.

So far, this works just fine. Strange as this may seem, I'm writing about the packaging: for a small, relatively inexpensive, item, I have never seen packaging as appealing and attractive as what this little piece came in. Simply elegant. Even the small accompanying instruction booklet was done attractively. OK, so why bother writing? Like Apple before, the packaging speaks quality because any company willing to invest in the caliber of packaging likely puts the same effort into the design of their product. From the other reviews, and for me, it seems that I am correct. I have a product that performs as promised and reviewed.

So this device initially did rapid charging of my Samsung Galaxy S8, but after a month it only does slow charging. I changed the cables to another one, but it still slow charged! Then I took the cables that wouldn't work for fast charging in my car to my factor Samsung AC charger, and bam, it's rapid charging properly. The price is good, but it's no use saving $30 on a charger, when you have to buy another brand later anyway! I advise spending your money elsewhere.

I bought this for my truck because the stock USB port on it is extremely slow charging. I finally grew tired of it and since my new iPhone X is “fast charge” capable, I wanted to find the max wattage car charger but I didn’t want to have to buy the super expensive usb c cable from Apple. I wasn’t sure if it would be as fast as the usb c that I have in my house...but from my naked eye, it sure seems just as fast! I was really impressed with how quickly my battery flew up in percentage by the minute! I was so impressed that I actually ordered a second one for my wife’s car! Seems like a great value for the money and didn’t require me to buy any expensive cables. So for under $30, I feel like I now have “fast charging” in my vehicles!
